SALES MANAGEMENT- monitoring and analysis of the quantitative and qualitative results: monthly and quarterly scoring for each team – results/goals;- coordination and sales boost for 9 teams – 20 managers – 190 sales agents: challenges, contests, sometimes related to our partners (Auto/Train, Avis, etc.);- daily support to managers and their assistant, monthly meeting, conference-call;- increasing the sales agents’ skills and knowledge: passing on the technical knowledge and know-how (the right way of working and tricks of the trade, information about the change or new services or products);PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Lean management:***Creating a methodological brochure on how to set up a « 5S methodological » (How to establish a safe and efficient workplace) specific for satellite offices for purchasing tickets;***Changing the visual management (“brief 5 minutes”) board of weekly briefings to the more efficient and inclusive and creating a weekly newsletter targeting the managers;- Creating a “welcome brochure” for new managers (frequent turn over). Using what existed already and created what was missing to have a single one brochure (did not exist even in a national level): schedules, details of missions and how to achieve them, tutorial, advice, useful contacts, etc.

I was employed in Gares & Connexions company, a SNCF Group branch (French national railroad)I had CSR (corporate social responsibility) tasks in the social commitment department:- assisting the manager of the department in his various daily tasks;- coordinating our regional contacts: creating or improving the managing or monitoring tools (for my manager and our contacts);- inventorying contracts (with associations, NGOs, federations, authorities) signed by our regional contacts: reorganizing our identification tools;- updating obsolete contracts and rewriting some of them;- writing first template of a contract without subsidy;- identifying, participating and organizing "tours de gares sociétaux" ("social station tour"): meeting interested parties in station activities (SNCF employees, authorities representatives, police officers, association members, shop employees)- participating in meetings for the European project "Work in stations";- taking part in projects for social integration - mainly the implementation of the baggage-carrying project in Paris Gare de Lyon and initiating a client satisfaction study of one hundred users of the service;- Being a "gilet rouge" (greeters in case of troubling circumstances) during the strike in June 2014 in Paris Gare de St Lazare: helping and guiding clients.

Very first experience in many aspects of communication jobs and Corporate Social Responsibility:- organizing various events (conventions, meetings, exhibitions)- updating print and web communication tools (briefing and monitoring providers, managing print and distribution, etc.);- applying for Awards and Trophies;- entering budgetary expenses and tracking balances;- researching competition in the recycling sector.
