Sales Management Coordinator (Temporary Job)

SALES MANAGEMENT- monitoring and analysis of the quantitative and qualitative results: monthly and quarterly scoring for each team – results/goals;- coordination and sales boost for 9 teams – 20 managers – 190 sales agents: challenges, contests, sometimes related to our partners (Auto/Train, Avis, etc.);- daily support to managers and their assistant, monthly meeting, conference-call;- increasing the sales agents’ skills and knowledge: passing on the technical knowledge and know-how (the right way of working and tricks of the trade, information about the change or new services or products);PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Lean management:***Creating a methodological brochure on how to set up a « 5S methodological » (How to establish a safe and efficient workplace) specific for satellite offices for purchasing tickets;***Changing the visual management (“brief 5 minutes”) board of weekly briefings to the more efficient and inclusive and creating a weekly newsletter targeting the managers;- Creating a “welcome brochure” for new managers (frequent turn over). Using what existed already and created what was missing to have a single one brochure (did not exist even in a national level): schedules, details of missions and how to achieve them, tutorial, advice, useful contacts, etc.
