For more than three decades, I have spearheaded business advancement as a public company board director and consultant for some of the most sophisticated companies in the world. I currently serve as Director for a NASDAQ traded company, a privately held company, a secular nonprofit health system and recently for another NASDAQ company and a global bank advisory board:- Grand Canyon Education, Inc.: Lead Independent Director, Member of the Governance and Nominating Committee, Compensation Committee and Audit Committee (2013-present)- Banner Health: Director, Member of the Compensation Committee (2023-present)- WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp./Mobile Mini Corp.: Chairman of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Nominating and Governance Committee (2014-2023)- BBVA: Director, Phoenix Advisory Board (1999-2021)As the President and CEO of Sara Ward & Associates, I work as an innovative and driven advisor to public and private sector business clients with a focus on economic development, government relations and community development.
