I am a mechanical engineer with emphasis in Manufacturing Processes and R&D Project Management. I have been working for 8 years with research and development projects. I am a specialist in mechanical design and master and PhD student in mechanical engineering with emphasis in manufacturing processes.I have a great passion for learning. I strongly believe in the potential of creating bridges of interaction between industry and academia for the development of more conscious manufacturing processes.My purpose in 3T4V - consulting is to help companies in the metalworking sector to understand the added value that is being lost in their manufacturing process from a methodology that seeks a synergy between technical knowledge and industrial operation. I work as a researcher in the precision mechanics laboratory (LMP) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil. I focus my research in the area of surface engineering for machining processes to improve product performance.
