• Business unit manager leading a team of Team Leaders, Process Engineers, and 80+ Packaging Generalists supporting packaging of 170MM annual units of Aveeno, Lubriderm, Johnson’s Baby Oil, Neosporin, Desitin, Bengay, Aveeno tubes as well as Listerine PocketPaks. • Responsible for leading department in all areas of EHS, Quality, Productivity and Cost. • Successfully implemented new operations governance model (JJPS Performance Management) to ensure colleagues are engaged, issues prioritized, and resources are allocated to resolve issues.• Responsible for the developing the business unit budget and working with Finance and the business unit colleagues to track spending vs. the budget.• Consistently delivered cost-effective customer service while managing dynamic workforce across 12 different packaging lines.• Member of the STAR 8 leadership development program including completion of action learning project with peers from cross-sector and multifunctional areas.

• Overall project lead, including development of the business case and securing the capital funding, for the conversion of the Listerine 250ml and 500ml packaging line from 12-count to 6-count cases resulting in an annual savings of approximately $1million and the conversion of the Listerine 1.5L open stock line to enable club pack capability resulting in annual savings of $2.3million.• Successfully delivered 3 new product launches, two flavors of Listerine Naturals and Listerine Vibrant White Anticavity, meeting all project milestones for customer service.• NA East (formerly PANDA) campus coordinator working with several cross sector site general managers to deliver global enterprise program roll outs and savings resulting from multi-site collaboration initiatives.• Led the Lititz project team responsible for delivering the 3 flavor Listerine UltraClean product family launch accounting for $50 million in annual sales for the Oral Care Brand team.• Supported the Lititz site strategic master plan development focusing on key improvements to the Oral Care manufacturing and packaging areas to facilitate the modernization of equipment and capacity balancing to the volume forecast over the next 5 years. • Developed product cost bid analyses for several new product introductions or transfers within the J&J manufacturing network. Evaluated Lititz plant manufacturing capability, product cost evaluations, and capital requirements to support manufacturing of new products.

• Responsible for planning packaging volume of approximately 180 million units supporting domestic Listerine brand team, achieving $450 million in annual sales, as well as several international markets.• Developed capacity models to improve the oral care master scheduling process to incorporate operational complexities created as the business model expands to include specialized product offerings.• Led the planning team responsible for procurement of packaging components and raw materials to improve business processes through the implementation of SAP for MRP planning.• Solution team lead for Reliability Initiative responsible for determining internal manufacturing site raw material inventory build. Developed the inventory model as well as metrics to improve plant reliability while maintaining targets within inventory budget allocated for program. • Primary manufacturing site and supply chain lead for the following new product launches delivering over $50MM in annual sales: Listerine Total Care, Listerine Vibrant White, Listerine Whitening with Fluoride as well as several international launches. • Served as the project leader for the North American operations pilot for Repetitive Flexible Supply that delivered $5MM in inventory savings through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.• Consistently delivered customer service levels exceeding 98% Unit Fill Rate through direct collaboration with the J&J Sales and Logistics Company while responsible for finished goods deployment throughout the national distribution network.• Successfully transitioned production of the Listerine Club 1.5L Twinpack from a trade customization co-packer to a Lititz direct production line with no customer service impact resulting in an annual savings of over $4MM to the Listerine brand team.

Responsible for leading colleagues and coordinating activities in both continuous and batch manufacturing processes resulting in the production of approximately 33 million gallons of product annually.• Developed processes to improve the operational efficiency, safety work environment, and quality compliance of the manufacturing area. • Provided operational input for several new product introductions and launches as well as the planning and execution of several capital projects including the Citrus to CALM project, the Oral Care Flexibility project, and the facility upgrade to Vintage batch.
