When I put my mind to something, I can accomplish it. I work well under pressure and will commit to a project until it is completed (even if that means working long hours into the night). In the past, if I ever heard a comment that I couldn't do something, that was motivation to prove them wrong. I have strong communication skills and am very dependable. My mentality is to treat others like you want to be treated. My employer can be confident that I will work hard and with 100% integrity, because that is how I would want my employees to work for me if I were in that position. I know that if I do my part and even go beyond, that it will benefit the company...and in turn, benefit me. I am always ready to learn from others and be a part of something great.
