Managing the design and pre-construction of five different building projects with over 1,000 residential units and amenities as well as managing the design and approvals of all the infrastructure and new streets. Direct experience includes: creating overall project schedule for five multi-family residential buildings with below grade parking, Street Improvements Plan, Tentative and Final Maps, Storm water Control Plans, and Caltrans work, writing all request for proposals, hiring entire design team which includes five different architects, three different interior designers and over 50 different consulting firms, managing all design from concept through construction documents including Planning approval of Design Review and site permits, managing City approvals of the Street Improvement Plans with Task Force, DPW, PUC, SF Planning, negotiating GMPs and overall project cost management.
