We source right candidate who have good skills and experience, scheduling an interview with client and we keep on following up candidate till he join. Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for sourcing the right candidates for the given requirement and coordinating with clients. • Handling Contract, Contract-To Hire and Fulltime.• Well versed in other networks like LinkedIn, Google, and generating databases. • Hands on experience -Job boards worked on Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Ladders, LinkedIn, Indeed, Acitve hire, Zip recruiter. • Hands on experience working for IT as well as Non IT requirements like Financial Analyst,Mechanics Aircraft, Engineer Aerospace, Mechanical designer-Aircraft etc. * Worked on health care requirements like health care admin, Health care coordinator, pharma tech, medical assistant, QA/QC Pharma, Registered nurse, Medical representative, pharma sales representative etc. • Hands on experience on both active and passive sourcing.ATS Applicant tracking systems used like Bullhorn, ICIMS, JAZZ,CATS, CBIZ, Job diva

• Involved in End to end Recruitment Process. • Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing and Recruiting. • Recruitment of Employees as per client Specifications. • Expertise in full Recruitment life cycle in IT Recruitments on Contract, Contract to Hire and permanent positions. • Sourcing and screening profiles from portals like naukri, monster, careesma, LinkedIn, through social networking sites as well as vendor profiles & referral profiles • Expertise in using naukri career site manager to posting jobs and to get profiles. • Responsible for Sourcing & Screening candidates as per their qualification for different requirements. • Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/shortlisted candidates and checking their interest and availability. • Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks. • Negotiating the rates/Salary Package with the candidates and closing the positions. • Convince the candidate to join in a particular timeline to fill the Position. • Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining. • Meeting the numbers as per the target set by the reporting manager. • Arranged for walk-Ins and coordinating with Technical Panel. • Maintaining systematic database of all candidates. • Responsible for joining formalities.
