- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process.- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references. - Daily reconciliations of broker/counterparty documents and trading system transactions (commodities trades). - Daily reporting of breaks to the Business and Operations Risk. - Daily interaction with trading peers to resolve issues - issues between IT's or issues with Contract desk and traders. - Daily review of issues requiring an escalation. Measure and report adherence to internal policies. - Produce weekly report of pending issues. - Report and escalate non adherence to internal policies. Working close to the Compliance and Risk team. - Assist and developing projects to improve daily reconciliation.- Onboarding new countries to the Business. Daily work with data analysis - Power BI, Excel and PowerApps

- ES-IT Amazon Insurance Team - Responsible of complaints. - Responsible for the resolution of clients claims. - Phone and email attendance to respond to all doubts about policies, claims and repairs of the products
