As a Human Resources Coordinator - Events, I was responsible for all aspects of planning and implementing Employee Appreciation Events company wide. This included coordinating venues, entertainment, accommodations, catering, event schedules, employee attendance, and awards. At events, I oversaw setup/teardown and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.In addition to my event planning responsibilities, I was also responsible for processing and maintaining employee information regarding new hires and terminations. I also fielded questions from employees regarding paperwork, compensation, and benefits.

As a JDE Project Assistant, I was responsible for writing, updating and maintaining process and user manuals regarding store operating processes, rentals, parts, service and store administration to increase employee understanding and success in the field. I also identified process ownership and utilized the knowledge of others to coordinate and gather accurate information to deliver thorough documentation and communication to store locations.Lastly, I assisted in coordinating logistics, trainer travel, shipping of training materials, trainer payroll and expense reports.

As an HR Coordinator, I was responsible for setting up new employees company-wide into payroll systems and other related databases. I performed important data entry concerning personnel information. In addition, I ensured employee questions and concerns regarding paperwork, compensation and benefits were addressed promptly and correctly.

Comstock Memorial Union

As an Administrative Assistant, I performed accounting skills recording daily deposits and reconciling ledgers. I also served as the first point of contact in the Main Office of the Comstock Memorial Union at MSUM and directed calls to the appropriate person in the office. Lastly, I assisted with event scheduling in the building.
