Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs, conduct legal research, manage cases and attend hearings in criminal law, personal injury litigation, corporate, and family law

Assist attorneys in collecting all pertinent information and research for all criminal defense and personal injury cases, draft demand letters, complaints, discovery, motions and attend hearings. Maintain firm calendar, answer and return client messages

Assist attorneys in the operation and management of the law firm’s marketing and advertising

Prepare memorandum, subpoenas, search warrants, exhibits, maintain case filings, produce voluminous electronic discoveries, participate in the interviewing of witnesses, and perform legal research and writing. Work with ATF, DEA, FBI, ICE and IRS Agents in order to assist prosecutors in litigation investigations, drafting indictments containing 50-100 defendants, pleadings, motions, plea agreements, jury instructions, court filings, designation of evidence, trial preparation, sentencing and post judgment matters.

Prepare civil and criminal pleadings for attorneys in litigation, personal injury, commercial and real estate law, criminal law, family law, and corporate law; Maintain correspondence with clients and current status of all open cases and matters, coordinate pre and post real estate closings; electronically file Bankruptcy petitions; Obtain Temporary Protection Orders and Stalking Orders.

Examine the closing property’s title abstract and research any liens or problems which must be cleared before closing into the Title Commitment; correspond with mortgage companies and other clients; draft, proof, revise, and mail Lender’s and Owner’s Policies; assist during Closing.
