Event coordination : Paris Fashion Week Showroom - Spring/Summer 2025. As part of the marketing team, my mission is to support and collaborate on global consumer PR topics, working closely with the marketing performance team and assist events organizations targeting our main markets: US, UK, South of Europe (France, Italie and Spain), Germany, and APAC.

Its mission is to transform the fashion industry for a more sustainable future by empowering our community to promote the circular fashion movement.As part of the marketing team, my mission is to support and collaborate on global corporate topics (panels, interviews, podcasts, events, LinkedIn, etc.) in our main markets: US, UK, France, Italie and Spain, Germany, and APAC.Alongside the PR and Influence Team in all upcoming projects and campaigns.

At the heart of the marketing and communication team:Development assistance of media strategy and operational implementation of communication programs and media relations for the event.- Assistance on the event's discourse conception with the executive committee - Organization, monitoring, and implementation of press relations actions.- Assistance in organizing press events (press conferences, breakfasts with international correspondents, event in London, etc.).- Creation of presentations broadcasted during press events.- Management of press requests (accreditations, registrations, media briefs, specific requests).- Monitoring press coverage through daily, weekly, and monthly press reviews.- Writing and distribution of press releases.- Updating press files.- Liaison with event partners.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:Creation and management of events (exhibitions, conferences, meetings, congresses, portfolio reviews, UPP Awards, competitions, etc.).Weekly management and updating of a retro-planning.PUBLIC RELATIONS:Internal communication (administrators and members) and external communication (general public outside UPP members).Contacting journalistic press, photographers, agents, and members of the cultural affairs and education committee.Writing and publishing articles, newsletters, mailings, press releases.Designing posters.COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT:Analyzing the organization's communication strategy and presenting projects.Monitoring and managing social media, creating interactive content.
