MBA holder in International Business from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, in addition to previous CICCM certification from IPSCMI, as well as two professional diplomas from AUC in Project Management and Contractual & Legal Aspects in Construction. Recently, I have obtain the MCIArb. My core competencies include, among others, managing the contract during its life cycle different project phases, from pre-award, post-award, to closure as well as handling claims, risk assessment, and other contract-coordination issues with various sectors. I have also successfully led and supported the tendering and the contracting processes for multiple types of projects, such as PPP, EPC, power, railway, residential, and infrastructure projects, in addition to working with big alliances, such as consortiums, JVs, or direct agreements. I have also had the opportunity to establish and supervise the contracts department at two companies (ACC & Elsewedy T&D), where I was the first head of the department.
