High Roller Games (HRG) is a small board game company with a focus on franchise games made by fans, for the fans. Being a small company, everyone is expected to wear many hats, and as such I have taken on many roles to help in our success. Anytime a gap in skills or knowledge popped up, I take the initiative and learn what I need to in order to fill that gap. I was primarily hired as a marketer, with the main focus on managing HRG's many social media pages (a combined audience of over 1.6 million), where I focused on community engagement and brand awareness. But I also work on planning, creating and managing all of the ad campaigns for HRG, which include making my own creative and interesting ads and videos. As such, I have become a master of graphic design and the Adobe suit, including; Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, and more. I also manage our Shopify store, which I have helped design and continue to keep updated. In the rare quiet moments, I also help with game design. I have assisted in the creation of our most recent board games, designed my own unique party game (to be released) and worked on the graphic design of those games. In addition, I have aided in the creative process with our app developer partners in designing apps and games for HRG. Since then, my role has evolved and I now manage a small marketing team which helps with social media and marketing efforts. As part of this growth I have learned how to be an effective leader and product manager, with an emphasis on internal team communication.

I managed the events at the Mackie Lake House while also managing the marketing and promotions for the summer of 2017 as well as creating a marketing plan for the remainder of 2017. I was also the Heritage Interpreter as I ran the Tours of Mackie Lake House.

As a bank teller and my primary duty was customer service. I assisted clients with their banking needs and provide advice for banking services and potential banking needs. In addition I performed clerical duties such as filing, answering phones, and general organization of the branch.

These were summer positions only, so the time period should read "Summer 2007 and 2008". Duties included; Assisted Patrons, Customer Service, Answered the Phone, Research for Museums goals as well as Patron Requests, Sales of Merchandise, Management and Organization of Events and Projects, Cleaning, Maintenance and Organization of Museum. Proper care and management of Museum artifacts and their displays.In 2008 I was given the opportunity to create and run a community event to help promote the museum. I chose to create the Old Fashioned Fashion Show in which models displayed period clothes from the Enderby and Districts past. I was completely in charge of all aspects of the project which was an amazing success. I have had several requests to set up additional shows for the museum but have been unable since my move to Kelowna.As well in 2008, as a representative of the Museum, I was sent to work on an excavation of a dig site in Mayra Canyon in Kelowna's Kettle Valley Railroad region. There we excavated a site collected remains and data and managed the site to preserve our finds.
