Birmingham, Alabama Area

Along with the president, Sara oversaw the property management division of Arlington Properties which included over 11,000 units and 280 employees in 12 states of the southeast. She was in charge of technology, all internet related initiatives including Yardi, communications, acquisitions, new development liaison, budgets, marketing and training. Prior to her role as VP, Sara was the Director of Marketing and Training for Arlington Properties from 1999 - 2001.

Birmingham, Alabama Area

Sara was responsible for the leadership of 1,460 units in Alabama. She successfully oversaw the lease up of 760 units in Birmingham. Sara was a Regional Trainer & Due Diligence Team Leader.

Southeast

Sara oversaw communities in Birmingham, Montgomery and Huntsville working closely with the development partners in new construction. Instrumental in numerous training programs throughout the southeast.
