Establish partnerships between NCSC and other entities, to include the National Intelligence University, DHS CISA, and other Federal departments and agencies. Initiated and lead efforts to attain feedback from NT-50s in order to understand the full scope of NCSC’s outreach activities and enhance products and events.Support Non-Title 50 (NT-50) federal departments and agencies in countering foreign intelligence threats by facilitating outreach; providing tools; reporting NT-50 strengths, gaps, and progress; and integrating National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) NT-50 efforts.Conduct ongoing liaison activities which include meeting with NT-50 counterintelligence (CI) and security program managers, hosting quarterly CI roundtable conferences, publishing quarterly CI newsletters, and participating in the NCSC Federal Partner Working Group to further collaboration among NCSC cohorts. Lead efforts for the quarterly Federal Partner CI newsletter which is disseminated to over 1000 CI and security personnel throughout the Federal Government. Establish the newsletter’s overall theme and collaborate with NCSC Directorates, NT-50 departments and agencies, and members of the IC and DOD to obtain articles. Work with NCSC graphic artist and utilize Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Reader to construct the newsletter. Research and provide relevant CI and security information to NT-50s via collaboration tools on both classified and unclassified networks. Vet and submit registration requests for members requesting access to unclassified collaboration sites. Maintain relevant classified Wiki page with updates and pertinent information.
