*Communicating the case-related information to attorneys, representatives of regulated companies, and members of the public.*Providing a complete range of legal support assistance in support of civil rights attorneys.*Task with screening prospective clients by phone and personal interview.

I am primarily responsible for raising equality and cultural awareness to communities that connect with the Deaf community and sometimes serves as navigator when there is a difficult situation in communication access between Deaf and Hearing. I offer different programs across the state of Colorado, designed to improve effective communication and remove barriers between Deaf people and Hearing people.

I run the Day Program for people with developmental disabilities, including Deaf plus other disabilities. I create daily activities for the participants, including setting up enrichment program and afternoon clubs. I also manage staff scheduling and supporting the staff throughout the day.

GoodElectronics Program at Goodwill Industries of Denver is very new. We just started it on October 1, 2013 offically. We received so many computer donations and we lose money when we send it as a whole to another recycle company. Therefore, we hired more people and gave more opportunities to those who have disabilities to take the computers apart and recycle each parts. I provided additional training and supervisions for those who have disabilities and who struggled to hold a job. Because of this, they now have hopes and dreams to be able to earn money and still keep their prides.

● Manage program for 25 Deaf and developmental disabled adults and supervise an assistant. ● Responsible for monthly reports, tracking clients' schedule and work hours in Microsoft Excel and Words programs.● Responsible for tracking the productions from contracts with other companies.● Create job training, computer training, and life skill classes and create client schedules.● Established a parallel program for short-term job training skills● Case manager for individual clients, including advocate and advisor.
