Lead the Administrator’s Trust customer service team. Ensure benefit administration execution. Oversee the daily operations for a dedicated team of direct reports, providing leadership and support. Lead and deliver large, complex Trust engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for the Trust. Work proactively with the Trust’s Director of Health Plan Operations to ensure performance standards are met and Trust policies are consistently observed. Provide service excellence by identifying key Trust business issues, determining Trust needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the Trust in the context of the overall engagement. Manage, implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Identify, design and implement appropriate solutions to staffing, quality and work load challenges in a timely and effective manner. Develop ideas, raise awareness, concerns and solutions to appropriate audiences. Regularly report progress of the Trust relationship and successes, challenges or missed opportunities. Develop strategies to reduce administrative costs and gain operational efficiencies, including the assessment and implementation of processes and systems while solving complex issues. Ensure broad strategies are translated into specific objectives, metrics, and action plans. Anticipate the impact of the changing business and regulatory environments and interact across departments to meet strategic initiatives, adjusting assignments and processes as necessary. Work proactively with peers and direct reports to ensure performance standards and policies are consistently applied through the organization. Execute, develop and implement operating plans, projects and activities to support and accomplish overall goals.
