Sara is the Founder of Alchemist Ventures, a venture studio incubating AI-enabled technologies that drive operational efficiency and branding studio building end-to-end experiences. Prior to founding Alchemist Ventures, Sara served as the head of marketing for Capital Rx, responsible for developing and executing their corporate re-brand. Previously, she incubated and scaled the new consumer products division of the company, launching the Capital Rx Advantage prescription savings card – the market’s first transparent, low-fee and stable discount card. At Estee Lauder, Sara grew her career across Global Corporate Communications, PR, product development and marketing, and project management of global technological rollouts, culminating in a role within the innovation strategy team leading quantitative and qualitative war rooms elevating the needs of multicultural consumers. Sara received the 2022 Gold Stevie™ Award for Employee of the Year, Women in Business and the Capital Rx Circle of Excellence Award. At Estee, she founded the Multicultural Advisory Board and at Capital Rx, she founded the diversity council, leading corporate philanthropy. Sara’s approach, blending analytical strategy with creative storytelling, is bolstered by her educational background from Harvard (B.A. in Economics), London Business School (Masters in Financial Analysis), and the Wharton School (MBA Candidate ‘24). Within the Alchemist Venture ecosystem, Sara runs the Feel Good Fables Foundation, an organization dedicated to donating social emotional learning books that she developed in partnership with her mother to children throughout underserved communities.
