Jonlor is an organization that owns 5 McDonalds locations in the Enid and Alva area. As the HR Manager I work closely with all the locations. My main role in this position is to assist with store needs, sign up newly eligible employees with insurance and help them maintain their insurance plans, assist with our 3rd party payroll company to process payroll, maintain and create spreadsheets, and assist the store with the online onboarding system. Being in this position, I am also the office manager. I order inventory for the office, file paperwork, process employment verifications, manage and create spreadsheets, and many other misc. office tasks. Prior to setting up the new onboarding system, I was the ambassador for hiring and retaining the most qualified people. On a weekly basis I would conduct interviews for 5 restaurants, and also give informative orientations that go over policies, procedures, and complete employment paperwork for personnel files. I also am very involved in working through challenging employee relations issues by providing managers with support on how to handle situations and put people and the law first. I am a strong support manager for 4 full sized restaurants with 55-65 employees, and 1 non-traditional restaurant with 25 employees. In the time that I have been here in this position, the duties have changed a lot, but I have still maintained the same support that I give all of my teams that I work with. The company has changed owners over the time, and also the duties, but I continue to learn and grow with each new task given. One quality that I have always had is the ability to be versatile and roll with the changes, and I have proven that time and time again in this always changing position.

McDonalds in Enid is a locally owned and operated business. I am responsible for the hiring, orientation, training follow-up, and crew incentives for 4 stores.

My duties include interviewing qualified candidates, I9 processing for associates, completing New Hire orientation, file retention, associate relations, assisting with associate payroll issues, processing payroll weekly, and maintaining and following all company and federal policies and laws. In addition I perform basic supervisory duties such as cash fund control, approvals for transactions, task management, and documentation and associate relations.

My duties in this position include: scheduling travel and setting up interviews for RVP and HR Director, executing weekly and monthly tracking reports, completing employment offers and background checks. Additionally, I initiate exit interviews with managers who have left our company and new hire surveys with managers who are new in position. This data is analyzed and tracked on excel spreadsheets for further review and analysis by Operations and Human Resources executives. I am proficient in Microsoft excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

My duties at Ross include managing a shift on a regular day basis, taking in freight, scheduling employees, cash management, and supervising an area of the store. I have also conducted interviews, orientations, and processed all types of employment documentation.

I was a manager at McDonalds for 2 years and 7 months. I worked my way from the crew position all the way up to manager. My experiences with McDonalds included management classes, running shifts, money deposits, running the crew training program for my store, and making crew schedules.
