I have broad experience and transferable skills across operations, product management and financial sustainability, which directly supports my solution driven approach and commitment to any market. My personal methodology is “how do I help move organisations from good to great?” About 13 years ago I worked on a project implementing a workforce management solution on behalf of a large mental health provider in the UK, spread across a vast geographical area. I was hooked! Collaborating and hearing first hand the operational challenges, providing workable solutions and leading the change action initiatives was professionally fulfilling. At Mirus Australia I have developed and led the first workforce practice within the business. I have direct responsibility to the Managing Director for our software solution, Mirus Works! I work directly with clients, lead a management consulting and support team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within the business. It’s exciting to work on a state-of-the-art workforce management tool that assists aged care providers optimise their workforce function for improved results. I am an avid Formula 1 fan, a proud mother of 2, a lover of the outdoors and socialising with friends.
