About Sara Golding

With over 30+ years experience across legal, healthcare, financial services and hospitality sectors. I have broad experience and transferable skills across operations, product management and financial sustainability, which directly supports my solution driven approach and commitment to any market. I have a strong belief that you must listen beyond the ‘words used to describe a challenge’ to really understand the opportunities available for an organisation. My personal methodology is “how do I help move organisations from good to great?” About 13 years ago I worked on a project implementing a workforce management solution on behalf of a large mental health provider in the UK, spread across a vast geographical area. I was hooked! Collaborating and hearing first hand the operational challenges, providing workable solutions and leading the change action initiatives was professionally fulfilling. At Mirus Australia I have developed and led the first workforce practice within the business. I have direct responsibility to the Managing Director for our software solution, Mirus Works! I work directly with clients, lead a management consulting and support team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within the business. It’s exciting to work on a state-of-the-art workforce management tool that assists aged care providers optimise their workforce function for improved results. I am an avid Formula 1 fan, a proud mother of 2, a lover of the outdoors and socialising with friends.
