I manage a team of 130 associates, following 5S modalities, ensuring safety, quality and production. I am responsible for ensuring that my team has the correct amount of work, that they are cross trained to avoid burnout and injury, and that they are performing at acceptable levels. I give positive and constructive feedback when necessary. I engage with my people to see what they need from me to have the best experience possible.
