• Provide support through the performance management process for more than 3,000 employees• Assist in the analysis of the eNPS (Net Promoter Score) survey for all verticals and countries• Lead the Onboarding process to achieve a memorable experience for all the new hires in all countries• Align the welcome kit and ensure its on time distribution • Spearheaded the coordination and planning for the 1st Tech Hackathon with more than 200 participants• Managed the launch and communication of the intranet and acted as the main point of contact to upload or update any information

• Graded all class assignments and acted as the main point of contact for the students who had any inquiries• Coached students to guide them on several academic decisions such as choosing a concentration and providing information about student resources• Met one-on-one with 40+ students to review and provide advice on creating or improving their resumes

• Spearheaded the recruitment process for 40+ positions for the next Co-op Program cycle and supported the interview process alongside Line Managers• Extended offers for the 40+ new Co-ops, sent out all the offer packages and managed the on and off-boarding process• Acted as the intermediary between Wellington Management and the Northeastern Co-op Program office• Collaborated with on campus logistics such as scheduling recruiting events, preparing on campus materials and sorting multiple candidate resumes• Oversaw the current class of co-ops and communicated with managers to ensure the internship was successful• Organized the bi-annual Open House event with an attendance of over 100 prospective Co-ops• Created a training guide for incoming HR co-ops to streamline the onboarding process• Worked closely with Accounts Payable to ensure the processing of recruiting invoices
