I had the opportunity to complete an internship within the Information Systems Department in Saclay, where I worked on two major projects: HYGIE (in the healthcare sector) and GHABIN (in the security sector).My main tasks included:- Analyzing and gathering stakeholder requirements- Clarifying and detailing specifications- Defining and prioritizing requirements- Maintaining ongoing communication and feedback between business users and the development team- Evaluating the quality of deliverablesThis internship allowed me to explore and better understand the role of a Product Owner, reinforcing my interest in project management. I had the chance to work on two projects with very different contexts: HYGIE, an older tool that required adapting to user needs without documentation, and GHABIN, a more recent project where I could innovate and define features with more creative freedom.These experiences taught me the importance of clear documentation, constant communication with stakeholders, as well as rigorous management of requirements and evaluation of deliverable quality. I also realized that the success of a project often depends on internal organization and stakeholder availability.Passionate about project management, this internship confirmed my desire to further explore this field in my professional career, combining my technical skills with my passion for leading innovative projects.
