I have secured over 500M in appropriations and grant awards at the local, state and federal levels by proposing creative solutions and pilot programs to hard-to-solve problems; created and implemented land-use, acquisition, and development strategies; and overseen the country’s largest bequest program’s revenue collection and management in-house.
