I conducted interviews for new staff, particularly in areas such as physicochemical, microbial, assay, and heavy metals analysis.I also designed a stability chamber with appropriate shelving to withstand humidity and heat conditions (28-32°C and 60-70% humidity), adhering to the regulations set by the Iranian Food and Drug Administration for supplements, which are treated similarly to medicines.
