Key Responsibilities. Identifying staff vacancies, posting job online on different job portals, screening candidates, interview and select applicants for the company (right people) that will assist in meeting the company’s goals and fulfill project requirements (talent acquisition) performing full cycle of recruitment process.  Coordination with different universities placement departments for the job fairs and conducted test for the fresh students screened them and interviewed the shortlisted candidates.  Induction of new hired employees by providing them with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and opportunities for employee benefits.  Focus on daily different issues of the employees and put utmost efforts to solve them thus satisfying the employees which helped to reduce the turnover rate.

key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee information data files on regular basis and making employee contracts.  Define and implement performance evaluation procedure for employees and motivates them by techniques such as increased pay, promotion.  Record data for each employee, including personal detail, monthly earnings, terms and conditions of employment, attendance record, annual increments, performance appraisals and evaluation and reasons for terminations.

key Responsibilities:  Ensuring proper confidentiality and maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents. Maintained leave database and JDs.  Conduct exit interviews of the resigned employees and retained them if required.  Hire talented resources through implementing proper marketing strategies at the best possible wages within the budget of the company.
