About Sara Heimer

After several years as Legal Counsel at a listed company, I have changed directions and today I work as an Executive Search Consultant. Since spring 2018 I am one of the Co-founders of the search- and headhunting company Capasearch. Before that, as Legal Counsel, I was responsible for the legal aspects (mainly corporate law, corporate governance, capital market transactions, contracts, dispute resolution and insurance issues) and I was also part of the management team and secretary of the board. With thorough experience of managing a company towards profit and expansion I have a deep understanding of business. I believe my social skills and working experience are key in my role as Executive Search Consultant. And of course, I’m ready to walk the extra mile to help my clients and candidates to find exactly what they are looking for.
