I have worn many hats, and all roads lead to insurance...I am based in Chicago. In 2022 I became a licensed P&C producer and now broker management and professional liability at Alliant Insurance Services as part of their AMPS specialty group. I place products for public and private companies with a sub-specialization in the cannabis industry. Most recently I was underwriting Public Co. Management Liability at Old Republic Professional in the Central Region.I began my insurance career in 2016 with AIG as part of a pilot training program. In 2017 I received the AIG Keeping the Promise Award in recognition of my contributions to my team and Financial Lines more broadly. Prior to joining AIG, I was employed by Nordstrom from 2011-2015 where I held multiple roles including designer sales specialist, luxury brand ambassador, and assistant department manager. I was nominated to complete their FNL management training and leadership program. That corporate culture instilled in me the desire to “leave it better than I found it” which sticks with me today in all I do. I was primarily working as a performing artist in Chicago until 2015 while nannying as my day job. That work was influenced by my experience having a younger sibling with autism and volunteering with children and young adults with special needs. I graduated from Saint Viator High School (Arlington Heights, IL) in 2007. I graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011 receiving a BFA in Theater with a concentration in Acting.
