LM Bodypump is for all fitness levels. The class is typically an hour using light weight, high repetition to achieve strength and shape. The class is fast paced and rocks out to 10 tracks of music, to include warmup and cooldown! I teach one class a week, and sub whenever needed, for the employees of Zoetis. I recently completed Advanced Individual Training 1 in February 2018.

INSANITY is a bodyweight plyometric and HIIT type class. I taught at various locations.
