Assisted in the review of two new WIDOT chapters of the State’s FDM drainage codes (Chapters 10 and 13). Utilized numerous software applications including MicroStation, SLAMM, HEC-RAS, InRoads Storm and Sanitary, StormCAD, CulvertMaster, FlowMaster, and Microsoft Office.

First engineer to work for Kenosha County Department of Planning and Development – initiated position with guidance from SEWRPC Chief Environmental Engineer, Mike Hahn. Assisted with drafting of first County Storm Water Management and Erosion Control Ordinances. Reviewed storm water management plans and erosion control plans for all commercial and residential developments within County jurisdiction for compliance with County and WDNR requirements – quantity, quality (including SLAMM reviews), erosion control, grading, conveyance systems, etc. Completed HEC-RAS analyses for County projects impacting floodplain and reviewed HEC-RAS analyses for outside projects impacting County floodplain. Assisted in storm water design of County projects requiring storm water management practices.
