Plan, develop, maintain and operate a variety of health record indexes and storage and retrieval systems to collect, classify, store and analyze information.

Deliver WIC services to participants by determining and documenting eligibility, maintaining participant and program records, interviewing and providing nutrition and breastfeeding education, and promoting behavior change. Refer WIC participants to appropriate healthcare, community, and social service programs. Assists clinic in front desk reception area duties including checking in participants and issuing Food Instruments (FIs)
