About Sara Hogan

I began my career with Aon as a summer intern in Commercial Risk Solutions. I joined full-time after graduation as an Account Specialist and spent the first part of my career supporting clients in Account Management as an Account Specialist and Account Executive. In my current role as Chief Operating Officer for Chicago, I am responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for the office, including working with Chicago business leaders to deliver distinctive client service, growth & business development, colleague engagement, talent, training & development and office compliance. I also work to support training & development efforts for our early career colleagues including Account Specialists and Associate Account Executives.
