• Partner with business units to understand their needs from third-party providers.• Source third-party providers that business units need in order to perform required business activities.• Negotiate contracts with third-party providers, including pricing, terms and conditions, services levels and penalties, to help ensure that such contracts align with bank standards.• Drives the RFP process for sourcing events and involves business unit personnel, subject matter experts and executives, as necessary.• Manage the contract lifecycle for third-party providers, which includes initial contract negotiation and execution, contract renewal negotiation and execution, and contract termination when necessary• Continually evaluate spend information to look for cost saving opportunities • Serve as liaison between the third-party and the business unit during selection of services, negotiations and ending of services.

Contract through Intercept Group - June 2021 to March 2022• Develop and manage the request for Purchase Order process utilizing Coupa. Review for pricing and coding accuracy. • Collaborate and build partnerships with key stakeholders to understand requirements for the procurement process• Participate in cost savings and tracking improvement initiatives• Provide support to Category Managers
