Responsible for trainingall new clinic staff on workflow processes as it pertained to information systems, as well as creating technical documentation for trainings and providing trainings to staff and doctors. Managed projects relating to medical record cleanup, system training redesign, cleaning up the LSS billing system, and dictionary tables within Meditech. Also key support person for all system table maintenance and user access creation. Helped with all software upgrades. Maintained HIPAA compliancy and FQHC standards.

Maintain billing software support for 17 clinics on proprietary software, helped implement and supportEDI/electronic claims submission, and became the liaison between clearinghouse/payor and client. Responsible for training clinicson-site and via remote sessions when necessary, trouble shooting issues in a timely fashion, the majority being critical to clinic scheduling and revenue cyclesystems.
