I am constantly trying to improve in all areas of my life and my goal was to take my fitness to a higher level. The Gym Challenge, which at the time was simply copy and paste counts, got me to go from working out 3-4x a week to 6-7x a week for the long term. What was a solution for my friends and I can also be a solution for everyone else. Always copying and pasting is tiring in the long run - so why not build an app for it?
