Bringing healthy, plant-based nutrition to infants and babies. Our first product on the market is a twist of an old Swedish beverage, a plant-based oat-milk served warm to babies and toddlers, also known as #Välling. We believe in simple organic, healthy food, and we base our products on oats and Swedish traditions.

US lead of an emerging food startup with the mission to transform the snacking market and its behaviors in terms of flavors, texture, and perception of what you eat.

As employee number two in its local organization, I launched the French frozen food supermarket chain Picard Surgeles (revenue $ 1.5 B) to the Swedish market. Participated in the opening of 16 independent retail outlets and established all necessary company functions to run a Swedish entity. Sweden was Picard's first international market. Once the company was established I was in charge of our Branding, Marketing, and Communication including PR and Events, (budget 9% of annual turnover).Developed a highly appreciated Brand platform and rolled out a successful go to market strategy adapted for the Swedish market, the concept was globally appreciated and inspired other markets.Developed and implemented a monthly Marketing/Communication campaign with promotions, printed ad, digital/online promotions, social media, PR (influencers) and in-store events, evaluated and tuned the outcome on monthly basis.Designed and implemented a cost-efficient external agency mix; in charge of quotes, negotiations and day-to-day contacts, reduced existing costs with 10% and increased visibility.Implemented an updated price strategy taking into consideration sales, consumer behavior, competitor prices, and promotion strategies.

In charge of Branding, communication, marketing, product range development, Initially before the structure was finalised I was equally in charge of purchasing, logistics, and finalizing our supply chain. During the first year, the main challenge was to make everything work correctly. I really appreciated the challenge in finding a solution in every situation and creating a successful business structure for our office.
