Customer Engagement Lead
CurrentGenerating qualified leads through direct contact over email, LinkedIn, and phone with existing and prospective customers.Responsibilities •End to end responsibility of outbound lead generation from identifying, qualifying and solution presentation.•Independently manage Data Base build and prospecting through a structured process of contact over email, LinkedIn, phone and so on•Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications•Route qualified leads to sales team by initiating appointments•Meet or exceed the assigned quantitative and qualitative targets for each period.•Regular reporting against targets using company-standard tools•Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest .
