Responsible for the administration activities in ICOM Cairo Office: Office Coordination  Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients Managing the day-to-day operations of the office including HR reports to ICOM Egypt. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for Supplier, part timing, Helpers. Database management:Event’s Logistics: Coordinate the events’ logistics with the operation teams, this includes supplier coordination, logistics preparation and update the registration and accommodation databases.  Supervise Equipment transfer, store details, helpers management and registration desk Archive participants data and manage certificates issuing for the attendees. Public Relations Keeping records of customers, Companies and supplier’s data base. Send greetings to customers (gifts – calendars – flowers) in different occasions. Official communication with governmental bodies in GCC
