Led the System and Print Capability initiative within the Signing Reimagined Enterprise Strategic priority, guiding cross functional teams through strategic decision making, process deep dives, elevated problem solving, and day-to-day operations to enable implementation of solutions at scale. • Delivered new Enterprise Signing System (ESS) by functioning as one half of System Product Owner. • Increased on time project completion by 20% by implementing site level project tracking process within the management operating system (MOS). Eliminated motion of having multiple tools and created standard work around when and how projects are made visible, tracked, held accountable to deadlines, and successes celebrated upon completion. • Developed mature (bronze and silver) Honeywell Operating Systems at both the Golden Valley and Pleasant Prairie sites through deployment of the Standard Implementation Framework, “Go and See”, and CI to achieve key business strategies, metrics, and priorities.

• Increased direct labor efficiency by 10% over a 6 month period, reduced overall cycle time by 5 days, and reduced past due from $35,000 to $0 thru Lean Expert certification project in Element Fabrication department. • Provided production team, made up of 4 departments for a total of 30+ people, with effective leadership, guidance, communication and coaching to ensure all metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory were met.

• Reduced rework at final visual/pack and ship from 20 to 10%, labeling operation print time from 50 seconds/part to 20 seconds/part, and workmanship returns/month from 5 to 2, a 4000 ppm (by unit qty) reduction through development of automated customized traveler and label print program on the precision pressure transducer line via a Six Sigma Green Belt certification project. • Developed new and improved existing processes by leading A3 projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools, as well as, detailed investigations of key process input variables (KPIV). Maintained performance of processes by utilizing visual management, standard work, total productive maintenance (TPM), and statistical process control (SPC) to keep manufacturing floor running smoothly.
