CurrentTrain advisors in training on all aspects of the account opening process. Create telephone scripts and email correspondence templates for all types of transactions. Oversee and manage end-to-end account opening process for financial advisors' clients; fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project timelines, and monitor progress to meet timelines and achieve project goals effectively. Collect and analyze client data and compile necessary documentation/contracts. Onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and address and resolve any issues promptly. Conduct rollover calls, schedule follow-up meetings, and provide regular status updates. Generate all requisite new account paperwork, compose follow-up emails, and execute requested actions through diverse investing platforms and web services. Organize and file all signed account opening documents and contracts in Salesforce & Egnyte, and onboard them through Epic Systems for review and processing. Stay apprised of FINRA guidelines and perform OFAC checks for all clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
