Working across two newly established business lines, Water and Program Management, my role is to develop, orchestrate and implement strategies to ensure long-term growth and profitability. Collaborating with senior leaders across ANZ to set priorities and implement strategic programs including assessing markets, identifying potential growth areas, establishing key pursuits and capture management and client relationship plans. The role also includes developing the narrative, so the team understands where we are heading and is excited by the journey.
