• I have been a weekly volunteer at Laurence’s Larder for 6 years, it is an impactful charity, which provides food aid and access to services to anyone in need. When faced with permanent closure in the 2022, I influenced the campaign to consider alternatives and subsequently a new board was appointed. Becoming a Trustee myself, I volunteered as Project Co-ordinator to ensure the services could continue and following a recruitment process was then hired to continue in the role• During my tenure I have recruited and trained volunteers to double our roster, and now manage a team of 45, which involves a degree of pastoral care as well as managerial skill. The number of guests we support has tripled, and I have developed our network of partners and stakeholders so that we are now able to offer free legal aid, health and well-being advice, signposting, housing and benefits advice on a weekly basis. Working with the trustees I also designed, implemented and analysed a comprehensive Needs Survey to inform our work and grant applications. I have also researched and submitted reports to the trustees to keep them abreast of developments in food aid policy and suggest changes to the charity’s own strategy• Managing the Larder operationally, including organising and liaising with; the volunteers upon whose efforts it runs; stakeholders and partners such as Felix Project and City Harvest who donate the produce; the guests who use our services; enquiries from the public in regard to volunteering or donations. Also includes ensuring the food bank and lunch service run as efficiently as possible and in compliance with health and safety standards, during this period LL was awarded a Level 5 Food Hygiene Rating. I have successfully used social media and have designed promotional material to increase awareness of LL and support fundraising. I routinely represent the charity at meetings and conferences, as well as organising and running events both for LL and for corporate partners.

• Clients included Stella McCartney, Studio RM, Dirty Soup, F45, Mario Testino+• Music Supervisor for the feature film documentary “The Man From Mo’Wax” produced by Capture, which premiered at the BFI London Film Festival.

• Responsible for music searches and licensing for productions ranging from Television Commercials (TVCs), editorial fashion films for Condé Nast to online advertising and branded content for luxury clients.• Included creative research to source commercial music or commission original pieces, negotiating with composers, publishers, labels and artists, and reviewing licenses and legal documents.• Assisted executive producers to co-ordinate all aspects of TVCs, Behind The Scenes and Online advertising, from pre- production to post• Liaising with luxury brand and editorial clients, research for creative briefs, assembling call sheets, booking crew, post-production edit teams, travel and accommodation• Managed the office, oversaw in-house editors and acted as the Executive Producer’s PA.

An independent record label, boasting over 80 single releases and seven album releases, including two Gold Records and a Platinum Record by Noah and the Whale.• Artist & Repertoire (A&R) – Discovering and signing new talent, including negotiating with management and lawyers and handling all relevant contracts. Once signed, advising on creative decisions, and subsequently booking producers, studio time and overseeing production.• Marketing – Assembling promotions team (typically comprising of Radio Plugger, Print and Online PR) and managing entire campaigns, including advertising spend, and working with agents or plotting tours independently to support the campaign.• Art Direction – Guiding and helping the artist to conceptualise covers and videos, collaborating with visual artists and graphic designers, as well as managing video and photoshoots.• Manufacturing & Distribution – Oversaw the successful manufacturing of vinyl, distribution of physical records to record stores, and digital distribution.• Events – Providing further label branding and a critical revenue stream. Y&L Club staged shows for Adele, Florence & The Machine, Ellie Goulding, Vampire Weekend, Laura Marling, Mumford & Sons, the XX, Michael Kiwanuka and many more. Hosted events or DJ-ed in conjunction with major brands such as Nike, Vogue, Ray-Ban, Levi’s, Uniqlo and venues such as Selfridges and The Ritz Paris.
