I am a Software Designer currently working with BMW Group, where I have dedicated the past years to designing B2B applications that support key users in the logistics of material planning. By conducting UX research, I identified and resolved interface issues that were negatively impacting business operations, enhancing overall user experience and business efficiency.My career path has led me to specialize in navigating complex business landscapes and translating them into user-friendly applications and processes. I am proficient in designing complex application patterns, data tables, and creating impactful data visualizations.Additionally, I have expanded my skill set by mentoring a Junior Designer, which has been a rewarding experience that has enhanced my leadership and teaching abilities.In my free time, you’ll find me drawing cartoons and indulging in my podcast addiction.   At CTW I work as an E2E Designer in a cross-functional team, and have contributed to two key projects on BMW logistics and system monitoring.Highlights:→ Stepped into a senior designer role shortly after joining as an intern, managing full product responsibility and autonomy in a team that lacked a Product Owner.→ Was responsible for the product vision definition and alignment, defining feature roadmap priorities and timelines with stakeholders.→ Developed a deep understanding of the business landscape, enabling informed design decisions and strategies.→ Planned and conducted several workshops, interviews, and usability tests independently.→ Uncovered critical pain points through UX research, including challenges with supplier comprehension of application forms, which resulted in significant time wasted in support calls and inaccuracies in data. By addressing these issues, we not only improved user satisfaction but also streamlined operations, reducing support overhead and enhancing data accuracy.→ Received positive feedback and recognition from both team members and stakeholders.→ Requested to kick off a new project as a solo designer after 1 year of experience, highlighting trust in my abilities.
