Casehandler at an alarmcenter for travel insurances in a team specialized in expatriate insurances and transports. We handle cases that are similar to health insurances for VIP- customers who have employees expatriated across the world. We also arrange the most complicated transports that come from all teams in the alarmcenter that include Air Ambulance flights, repatriation with medical escorts and oxygen and so forth.I am therefore used to a work day that is diffrent from the one before, where it is necessary to be adaptive, proactive and solution oriented - and can handle short deadlines and a big workload.

I worked with volunteer coordination as a central part in Good Boys Agency’s biggest event which is the festival “Musik i Lejet”. I was the assisting Volunteer Administrator and Volunteer Coordinator for “Volunteer Care”, furthermore I was a contact person and responsible for the festival’s association with local sport clubs etc.I was creating and communicating the guidelines for the volunteers, the annual schedule, coordination of schedules, communication between the festival’s management, Good Boys Agency and the festival’s 3.000 volunteers. Furthermore, I was in charge of the day-to-day planning and running of the office, online webshop and ad hoc assignments.

I started as a part time employee for the first three years in Cost Control where I controlled and approved invoices, batch billing and medical fees and expenses while ensuring cost-agreements between stakeholders made by our Network department.In 2020 I was hired on a full-time contract when SOS International insourced an office from Spain. I was then employed in a specialized team that e.g. composed and implemented procedures for this new project that were used to renegotiate price agreements etc.I was thereafter a “Poder” in the first half of 2021 as a part of the companys frontline staff against the Covid pandemic.
