Responsible for tax related aspects of managing high net worth individual clients such as reviewing tax returns, quarterly projections and year end planning. Tax planning and tax compliance including review of complex corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.Review information returns of US Persons with respect to Foreign Partnerships (Form 8865), Foreign Disregarded Entities (8858), Foreign Corporations (5471), Foreign Bank and Financial accounts (90-22.1) and Foreign Asset Reporting on Form 8938.Review multi-state allocation and apportionment schedules.Supervise and mentor staff and provide input for career development of the staff. Present staff CPE seminars including BNA and Additional (0.9%)Medicare Tax on earned income and Net InvestmentTax (3.8%) on net investment income. Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations for hi net worth individuals and 'Large Corporation' estimates.'Go to' person for Go System Tax.Provide exceptional client service.

Prepare federal and state individual, corporate, partnership, trust and gift tax returns.
