Let me tell you about my education, work experiences and strengths.I have a bachelor of English Literature and a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration. Right now, I’m furthering my education in Human Resource Management with a goal of earning my Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. But beyond my academic qualifications, what I really bring to the table is a wide range of work experiences that have shaped my ability to handle the complexities of HR.I worked both as a Case Manager, and a Women’s Advocate roles and I am currently working as recruitment coordinator where I've learned the importance of being detail-oriented, making tough policy decisions, and always showing genuine care for the people involved. These experiences give me the ability to handle the difficulties of HR including conflict-resolution skill, manage changes, compliance with policies, balancing administrative and strategic roles, and being personable and caring about the people.I’m driven by a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing what’s right. I’m also a natural problem-solver, always on the lookout for opportunities to develop solutions that make a difference. As an advocate and a lifelong learner, I dive deep into learning and apply that knowledge to solve real-world problems.
