Serving as Chief of Staff to the Vice Present of NA Channels and Avtec Sales. Acting as a force multiplier, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in developing and driving the strategic Channels and Avtec businesses.

• Lead a 9-member executive board, a 10-member advisory board, 25 chair positions, and 160 chapter members• Oversee all financial matters of the chapter by managing a $130,000 budget, approving all purchases, and ensuring all insurance policies and contractual agreements are followed• Respond to concerns with University Officials, National Kappa Delta, members and parents

• Plan and execute a six week new member program for 49 new members• Coordinate ten educational workshops to present to the chapter throughout the year on topics such as academic excellence, community service, risk management, and leadership• Organize and host a parent information day for approximately 100 people • Delegate tasks to appointed officers and members of the Sisterhood Enrichment Team• Collaborate with Chapter Advisory Board and Kappa Delta National Headquarters

• Supply Optimization/Strategic Inventory Team• Perform data analysis and evaluate current inventory strategies for key suppliers• Propose and implement strategic inventory strategies• Automate strategic inventory decision making process

• Develop sales experience and knowledge of selling strategies• Handle sales transactions• Provide great customer service to develop customers for life• Organize stock room inventory and push/pull merchandise• Organize displays in a manner to best sell products
