Holds the American Society for Quality Quality Auditor Certification (ASQ CQA)Oversees Regulatory Audit, Contractual Performance Audit, and the U.S. Department of Education Quality Control Audit team in accordance with the Task Order and Quality Control Plan.Oversees the development and analysis of audits, both internal and client required, monitor departmental efficiencies, and has oversight responsibility for the monitoring of the Small Business Plan to include Subcontracting and Vendor Management.Reviews and evaluates audit efforts of the auditor’s activities to ensure that the audits are completed accurately and timely as approved by the Board.Analyzes audit results, identifies trends and makes recommendations for remediation to mitigate risk.Builds, develops, and manages a management team capable of selecting Quality Control Auditors who can audit in a professional, ethical and objective manner.Acts as Project Manager for multiple Speech Analytics, Quality and VOC initiatives utilizing CallMiner.Developed a calibration program to review trend analysis with Training, Operations and the CCO.Publishes executive reports using Business Intelligence tools showing progress towards goals.
