• Review University student’s financial and personal information and make financial aid recommendations based on review results
• Use skills gained through experience in the financial industry to assist students in making sound, reasonable financial decisions
• Utilize personal skills to ensure the loan process is accurate, compliant, and done in the best interest of both the student and the University

• Responsible for ensuring overall satisfaction of customers during and after purchase
• Work with sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual goals are exceeded
• Work with each customer after the purchase to alleviate any and all issues and answer any questions

• Responsible for working with internal Credit Union members to resolve loan issues
• Work with Lending Division management to develop new ideas that will help the loan processing department become faster and more accurate
• Tasked with manually checking all loans to ensure their accuracy and making sure they are in compliance with all federal regulations

• Responsible for supervising a team of tellers and ensuring that the front-line aspect of the bank ran smoothly and efficiently
• Administer performance reviews and coach employees on improving their job skills
• Responsible for balancing cash drawer, ATM, and bank vault on a daily basis
