Working with our I/DD community to develop and improve job readiness skills through hands on experiences and soft skills training. Providing on site job coaching within integrated community employment. Working with State and County officials to find the best fit for Employment Path services and Integrated Employment for the clients we serve and adhering to the Employment First Initiative.

Educate youth about mood, impulse, and behavioral management. Monitor activities and maintain appropriate levels of structure and discipline. Planning and directing activities to meet client needs. Implement Individual Treatment Plan/Individual Education Plan via treatment strategies. Proficient in program documentation meeting Division of Human Services (DHS) and Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) criteria. Complete quarterly reports/case reviews congruent to quarterly meetings with the support team of individual clients. Implementing Special Behavioral Programs per client need

Provide behavioral support in a rehabilitation center environment for at risk teen girls assisting in crisis prevention, medication distribution, personal therapy guidelines and expectations, and working alongside state officials to ensure safety of the clients residing at White Shield facility.

Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, assist guests in finding merchandise around the store and calculating project ideas, proper use of the cash register, competent and accurate monetary exchanges, follow safety procedures, and maintaining work guidelines and ethics.

Direct care of clients, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication management, documentation, and transportation. Maintaining medical needs, ordering prescriptions, contacting doctors, and overseeing health and safety of clients. Providing transportation throughout the community for social/personal/medical needs. Providing documentation for tracking various needs of clients, adhering to DDA standards, and maintaining contact with DDD to support clients properly and by state law.

Direct care of clients, food prep, medication management, filing reports and documentation meeting state standards, and hygiene care. Budgeting multiple client funds, money management, planning social outings, responsible for transportation needs, monitoring personal schedule and hours, assisting in medical appointment needs, assisting in IISP meetings, and adhering to multiple clients IISP and goals established annually.

Manage personal employee documentation, waitress, assisting with scheduling, organizing and maintain kitchen and bar areas. Maintaining clean and orderly work environment, assisting with employee pay, cleaned and prepped entire establishment prior to opening and after closing, stocked bar and kitchen, and made food and drinks for customers.

Direct care of clients, food prep, medication management, meeting state standards, and hygiene care. Assistance establishing client goals, monitoring 3 clients' budgets for activities, filing daily/monthly/annual documentation and reports for said goals, and assuring other staff adhere to client goals.

Assisting costumers navigate the store, monitor dressing rooms, manage cash register, and assist cleaning/organizing store.

Maintaining safe environment for children, food prep, hygiene care, activity planning, and teaching age appropriate skills
